Checking Out Tenants

When your tenant is ready to vacate your property, we are on-hand to ensure you are not left with any nasty surprises

What is the Check Out ?

Check out occurs when your tenant is ready to leave your property and end their possession.

Check out is carried out on the last day of the tenancy with the tenants. This is a report of the condition of the property next to the original check in report.

If there is any damages these are documented. This could be cleaning, missing items, furniture or items left in the property by the tenant. Maintenance issues are logged. Gas, electric and water meters are also read.

Final Day Check Out

We visit the property on the final day as the tenant is leaving. The check out document includes supporting photographs and is emailed to the landlord or Letting Agent.

We document any damage or irregularities

We know the importance of getting the report back quickly before the new tenants move in and the time scale of returning the deposit. Our final report is provided within 48 hours.

Immediate Action if required

If we think you need to know straight away about any issues then we will call you before the report is sent so that you can action quickly.
