What is involved in a Property Visit?
To give you peace of mind we offer periodic property visits. This service provides you with a report
stating the general condition of the property and how the tenants are caring for it; we also
report on any maintenance issues that you should be aware of.
Property inspections can be instructed individually or we can arrange to schedule an
inspection every 3 or 6 months until the end of the tenancy.
If there are any damages or repair issues you will be advised this in the report so that
they can be dealt with.
